Transaction fee
This covers Tuluyan's server and operational costs for every booking, rent collection, or dues payment processed on the platform. It applies only when a transaction completes. Nothing is charged on cancellations or failed payments.
Yearly subscribers get a reduced rate of 1.6% instead of 2%.
Payment gateway fees
When a guest, tenant, or unit owner pays through Tuluyan, the payment gateway charges a processing fee. Tuluyan passes this through at cost — no markup, ever.
The fee depends on the payment method and the gateway available in your market. The full amount, including the processing fee, is shown before any payment is confirmed. No surprises on either side.
You choose which payment methods to enable. If you turn a method off, its fee doesn't apply.
