The problem was obvious.

Property operators in the Philippines have been underserved by software for a long time. The global platforms — Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda — take 15–20% of every booking and offer no real tools for operators who want to work outside of them. Property management software from other markets is built for entirely different regulatory and payment environments.
What exists locally is fragmented: bookings managed on one app, payments on another, ID verification nowhere. There's no reputation system. No way to know if a guest damaged a property somewhere else. No tools for HOA dues or long-term lease tracking that don't involve a spreadsheet.
We built Tuluyan to bring all of that together — payments, ID verification, reputation, leases, bookings, HOA administration, and a direct booking link you actually own — under one subscription that costs less than what most platforms take in a single booking.
